Hulu Animayhem City Heads to Anime Expo 2025

The immersive event brings the worlds of ‘Naruto Shippuden,’ ‘Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War,’ ‘Dan Da Dan,’ and others to Los Angeles from July 3-6.

Hulu is bringing Hulu Animayhem City, an immersive modern metropolis, to Anime Expo 2025. The activation will be inspired by Hulu’s popular titles including Naruto Shippuden, Dan Da Dan, Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War, and One Punch Man.

From July 3 - 6, Hulu Animayhem City will transport fans into a vibrant city packed with easter eggs, their favorite characters, interactive moments, and exclusively themed memorabilia.

Additional details on the shows and immersive activities include:

Shibuya Crossing - At the heart of the city, guests will find themselves at Shibuya Crossing, the sleek metropolis populated by 2D cutout characters and shows just around the corner. The center will feature photo moments and video takeovers, highlighting each of the four shows, and other Hulu Animayhem Anime content.
One Punch Man Photo Opportunity - Fans can pose with Saitama, Genos, Tornado, Garou, Silver Fang, and Superalloy Black Luster.
Dan Da Dan Photo Opportunity - Attendees can join Momo and Okarun as they run for their lives, leaping out of the screen with the layering of dimensional 2D cutouts. Guests are encouraged to ‘run’ with them and pose to capture a still photo, in an attempt to escape the enormous Earthbound Spirit Crab monster.
BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War Photo Opportunity - Stand side by side Orihime, Ichigo, Uryu and other characters from Bleach: The Thousand-Year Blood War. Guests can pose and wield iconic props from the show.
Naruto Shipudden Photo Opportunity - Fans can pose alongside Naruto, Itachi, Sasuke, Kakashi, and Sakura in the Valley of the End.
Hulu Animayhem City Lounge - Guests will be invited to take some time to “R and R” in the city lounge, provided in two areas of the City, which offers cozy cafe seating, Hulu-branded pillows, and charging stations.
