The slate kicks off with a new season of ‘Barbie Mysteries,’ followed by new episodes of ‘Barney’s World,’ a ‘Thomas & Friends’ special, new episodes of ‘Polly Pocket: Season 6,’ and others.
Mattel Studios has unveiled a preview of its content slate for Fall 2025, which kicks off with a new season of Barbie Mysteries: Beach Detectives.
The second season of Barbie Mysteries follows Barbie “Malibu” Roberts and Barbie “Brooklyn” Roberts as they head to the Malibu Beach Bash festival to work the food stands with their friends for the summer. New to this year’s event is the illusionist William Warlock who dazzles the audience each night with his incredible act. When a series of mysterious thefts rock the festival, Barbie and Barbie have no choice but to take on the case. The new season premieres August 28 on Netflix.
On September 1, new episodes of Barney’s World premiere on HBO MAX, then September 5 on Cartoon Network. The animated series is set in the local playground, where Barney is joined by dinos Billy and Baby Bop and their three kid best friends. Throughout silly and imaginative adventures together, Barney helps kids explore big preschool emotions and shows them how to love themselves, others, and their community.
Moving to October 16, the new Thomas & Friends: Sodor Sings Together special debuts on Netflix. In the project, it's the night of the big Sodor Sings Festival, the biggest musical event on Sodor. Thomas is charged with making sure everything goes off without a hitch.
Finally, new episodes of Polly Pocket: Season 6 and Tiny Unicorn Adventure Special premiere later this Fall on Prime Video.
