The new crossover video brings Mickey Mouse and the famed Blue Heeler together on screen for the first time as part of Disney’s collaboration with Ludo Studio and BBC Studios.
A new animated short, Mickey + Bluey, bringing together Mickey and Bluey for the first time on screen, is now available on Disney+. It was produced in collaboration between Disney and Bluey producers Ludo Studio, alongside partner BBC Studios, and is positioned as part of Disney’s ongoing relationship with the Bluey franchise.
In the film, Mickey and his friends land in the middle of a game of Musical Statues with Bluey and her family.

The project builds on the short-form series Mickey+, which features Mickey and his Clubhouse pals interacting with other Disney characters, is inspired by Mickey Mouse Clubhouse+ and has previously included appearances from characters such as Stitch and Spidey.
Additional Bluey-related projects and experiences are also in development or underway. BBC Studios and Walt Disney Studios, in partnership with Ludo Studio, have announced a feature-length Bluey film set for theatrical release on Aug. 6, 2027.
Bluey is also being integrated into Disney Experiences as part of Disney’s global relationship with BBC Studios, with Ludo Studio collaborating on fan activations.
Beginning March 22, 2026, Disneyland Park will host Bluey's Best Day Ever! at the reimagined Fantasyland Theatre, featuring appearances by Bluey and Bingo alongside performers and musicians in a themed environment based on the series.
