Action-fantasy anime series about an all-female Anti-Demon Corps’ fight against monsters reveals new character Kuusetsu, voiced by Ami Koshimizu; animation production is by Passione × Hayabusa Film.
Pony Canyon has dropped the YOKOHAMA BATTLE Arc trailer and some images for Chained Soldier Season 2, which reveals the first spoken lines of new character Kuusetsu, voiced by Ami Koshimizu. The new season recently premiered on January 9, and is streaming worldwide on HIDIVE, MUSE木綿花, Aniplus, and others.
Despite her graceful and composed appearance, the trailer portrays Kuusetsu with an unsettling and mysterious presence. Also among the highlights is a battle scene against Mira Kamiunten, the Second Unit Commander, and signals the beginning of a large-scale conflict.
The series is based on “Chained Soldier,” which is currently serialized in Shonen Jump+ and published by Jump Comics. Takamasa Taba (Sanzigen) acts as CG director. Animation production is by Passione × Hayabusa Film.
