3 FOX series and shows from Hulu and Netflix nab animation noms, while films/TV shows from Apple TV, Lucasfilm, Netflix and Warner Bros. among non-animated works also getting the nod; ceremony set for March 8.
Writers Guild of America West (WGAW) and Writers Guild of America, East (WGAE) have announced nominations for outstanding achievement in television, new media, news, radio/audio, and promotional writing during 2025. Winners will be honored at the 2026 Writers Guild Awards (78th Annual), set for Sunday, March 8, 2026 in concurrent ceremonies in both Los Angeles and New York City.
