Zilo has teamed up with The American Civil Liberties Union for its 2nd annual PSA contest. Contestants must produce a :30 Public Service Announcement focusing on today's most pressing civil liberties issues: Censorship, The USA Patriot Act or Racial Profiling. Winners will be announced in October 2005 at the Eureka Film Festival in NYC. Two grand-prize winners for Best PSA and Best Essay will receive cash prizes of $5000 and $1000 respectively.
