TOHO released a trailer giving fans their first look at the English voice cast in action in the English dub of Though I Am an Inept Villainess, which began streaming July 26 on Crunchyroll, Hulu, Disney+ and Netflix in Asia.
The series adapts Satsuki Nakamura's light novel and manga, set in an imperial court and centered on Kou Reirin, an adored noblewoman magically swapped into the body of the condemned villainess Shu Keigetsu.
Brianna Knickerbocker (Re:Zero − Starting Life in Another World, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Genshin Impact) voices Kou Reirin, with Rebecca Wang (Solo Leveling, Street Fighter 6, Fate/strange Fake) as Shu Keigetsu.
Kaiji Tang (Jujutsu Kaisen, Bungo Stray Dogs, Like a Dragon) plays Ei Gyoumei and Aleks Le (Solo Leveling, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Dandadan) plays Shin-u. Lizzie Freeman (The Amazing Digital Circus, Lycoris Recoil, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind) voices Leelee, and hololive English -Myth- VTuber and singer-songwriter Mori Calliope voices Kou Tousetsu.

Mitsue Yamasaki directs, with series composition by Yoshiko Nakamura, character design by Ai Kikuchi, music by Yukari Hashimoto and animation production by Doga Kobo. Singer-songwriter milet performs the opening theme, Sunny, and Rokudenashi performs the ending theme, Shooting Star.
The Japanese-language version launched earlier this season.
