The new animated adult rom-com from the creators of ‘Big Mouth’ that follows bears, raccoons, and other forest creatures dealing with their love lives, debuts May 22.
Netflix has just released the trailer and a slew of images for Mating Season, a new animated adult rom-com from the creative team behind the hit series Big Mouth, debuting on May 22. The 10 30-minute episode season features voice performances by Nick Kroll, Zach Woods, June Diane Raphael and Sabrina Jalees.
The show is set in the animal world and stars bears, raccoons, deer, foxes and a host of other “horny, lovable forest critters” as they navigate love, sexual relationships and the universal need to hook up and find a partner. It's created and executive produced by Mark Levin, Jennifer Flackett, Andrew Goldberg and Nick Kroll; Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio and Ben Kalina serve as executive producers for Titmouse.
At the time of the show’s announcement last April, John Derderian, Vice President, Animation Series, Netflix, said, “Big Mouth broke new ground in the world of adult animation with heart, humor and total chaos — they took the awkwardness of adolescence and turned it into something universal and deeply human. Working with Nick Kroll and the brilliant minds at Brutus Pink over the course of eight seasons has been legendary.
