Peacock has just released a teaser trailer for its upcoming dramedy, The Miniature Wife. All 10 episodes are set to stream on April 9.
Adapted from Manuel Gonzales’ short story, the series follows spouses Lindy (Elizabeth Banks) and Les (Matthew Macfadyen) after a technological accident triggers the “ultimate relationship crisis,” reshaping the balance of power in their marriage. Literally.

The show stars Banks (Pitch Perfect, The Hunger Games), Macfadyen (Succession, Deadpool & Wolverine), O-T Fagbenle, Zoe Lister-Jones, Sian Clifford, and Sofia Rosinsky; recurring cast includes Ronny Chieng, Aasif Mandvi, Rong Fu, and Tricia Black. It's created and showrun by Jennifer Ames and Steve Turner (Boardwalk Empire, Goliath), who executive produce with Banks and Macfadyen, Michael Aguilar, Suzanne Heathcote, Michael Ellenberg and Lindsey Springer for Media Res. Greg Mottola executive produces and directs four episodes.
Visual effects studios on the show include Mr. X., Spin VFX, and Zoic Studios.
