Luah Garcia’s film, a collaboration with Studio Chifrezz featuring an original soundtrack by Kabuki Sonic, begs the question: What could possibly go wrong when a pizza delivery bee, an olive, a dramatic moth and a sun that’s been binge-studying animation pitches for months cross paths?
Four short films, one video game, and one feature film have been chosen from 14 projects; teasers created by the finalists to be shown during the event in Madrid on February 27-28.
The 24 signatories aim to unify the region and address industry challenges while supporting independent creation, diversity in storytelling, and smaller production countries.
