Leading VFX and animation industry software developer Foundry has launched the open beta of Nuke 17.0, which is set to launch this year. The offering will introduce the ability to work natively with Gaussian Splats, which will allow users to import, view, manipulate, and render with a range of new Field nodes.
The new beta aims to open up new environment workflows for set extensions and matte painting, as well as greater flexibility for element integration.
